The Modesto Crit was a bit tricky strategically due to the race organizer combining P123 into one group. Jimmy's goal was to maintain a position in the top 15 overall and keep a close eye out for any other strong E3s in the field. Due to the different fitness levels of the athletes, gaps quickly emerged that needed to be closed. In the closing laps, the peloton splintered and Jimmy crossed the line around 13th overall but with no other E3s ahead, he was able to lock down a victory after many consistent top-10 finishes in 2015 and secure an upgrade to E2!
