In 2015, TMBEquator will be sporting CAPO’s new Super Corsa SL jersey and bibshort. The “SL”, standing for Sport Luminescence, refers to the kit’s seemingly luminescent sleeve cuffs and leg bands, which offer greater visibility on roadways as well as firm muscle compression. Without a direct light beam, the leg bands and arm cuffs look like any other laser-cut finish piece… But when they catch the sun’s light, a car’s headlamp, or a camera’s flash, they reflect it back over the entire area of visible fabric. The underside of the bands is made of a silicone gripper coating that keep the bibs and sleeves in place preventing those areas from bunching. This makes the kit much more comfortable and longer lasting than silicone gripper types I’ve seen on other jerseys.
